I tried this quick and easy mix from Betty Crocker for the first time yesterday and will definitely be making it again. These cookie brownie bars have the look of fancy from scratch cookie bars and good flavor and texture. Easy to mix up, the chocolate chip cookie brownie bars were done to perfection in the stated time specified on the box - 50 minutes. (I used an 8-inch square aluminum foil pan.)

These cookie brownie bars were an instant hit when I served them for dessert with vanilla ice cream last night.
